HALLOWE'EN fun kicks off a free week of activities at Salford's libraries and museums next month.
On Monday October 21 it's spooky storytime at Broadwalk Library where a witch will be flying in to add to the fun. These activities are repeated at all libraries throughout the week.
The following day children are being asked to create large scale sculptures the willow workshops at Salford Museum and Art Gallery, and at the Lancashire Mining Museum on October 24.
There's also lantern-making workshops, 3D Arts workshops, exploring different print effects and an Autumn Trail around the town's three museums from October 18 to 28. For information telephone Salford Museum and Art Gallery on 0161 736 2649.
