THREE Bolton people have been honoured by members of an organisation which keeps telling them to get lost.
Dave Marsh, Mike Marsh and Yolande Baxendale are all members of the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team who do voluntary work for the crack Search and Rescue Dog Association.
One of their regular duties is pretending to be casualties and getting lost in the hills - so that specially trained dogs can find them.
Now all three have been made honorary members of SARDA.
Dave Marsh worked wonders for Bolton Mountain Rescue Team during the years he was their fund-raising officer. He was asked to co-ordinate appeals and fundraising efforts for SARDA, and has already topped £10,000!
