ST PAUL'S Amateur Plays are starting rehearsals for their pantomime Aladdin which opens on December 28 at the Community Centre, Railway Road, Adlington. But they still have a number of principal roles, particularly for men, not yet cast.
Aladdin is directed by Vincent Taylor, choreographer is Julia Salvage and the stage manager is Mark Beaumont.
Producer Wendy Salvage, on 01257, 481910, would like to hear from anyone interested in taking part.
In March next year the Players will stage the musical Oklahamo directed by Graham Cohen.
Pre-audition sing-ins are being held tomorrow , and October 16 and 23 at St Paul's Infant School, off Railway Road, Adlington, to help people who wish to audition and to assist the chorus to learn their songs.
The Auditions are on Sunday, October 27, at 2 pm in St Paul's Infant School. The sing-ins will then continue until December 4.

St Paul's have a Youth Section which meets every Tuesday at 6.30 pm in St Paul's Infant School Hall. Children over nine years old are welcome.
