MRS Pat Dickson, a director of St Andrews Travel in Bolton, has achieved her Masters degree in Business Administration at Lancashire Business School in the University of Central Lancashire.
Pat has responsibilities within the travel group for staff recruitment, training and staff development.
She is currently pursuing Investors in People and Achievement Through Company Training with Bolton Bury Training and Enterprise Council.
St Andrews Travel currently has 47 employees in nine branch offices, a cruise centre, business travel and a foreign exchange.
