Wanderers youngsters came through their FA Youth Cup first qualifying round tie at Farsley with flying colours last night.
The scene was set as early as the second minute when Gareth Feeney headed inches over the bar from a free kick on the right.
Marco Minchella opened the scoring in the 11th minute, running on to a through ball from Martin Doherty, he found the corner of the net with ease.
Ten minutes from the interval Lee Potter rose to head home a pin-point cross from full back Craig Haley but the game was virtually sewn-up five minutes after the break.
Then, Minchella collected a through pass from Haley to volley into the net, with the home keeper in no man's land in front of his goal.
Farsley did have something of a flurry after Jared Williams converted a 63rd-minute penalty, harshly awarded by a referee who booked six players during the evening.
Wanderers' final goal came in the 72nd minute when Feeney fired in a low shot from 16 yards, and they continued to create chances with Minchella just missing out on a hat-trick.
Wanderers: Glennon, Haley, Pryers, Hallatt, McLeod, Holden, Corrigan, Doherty, Potter, Minchella, Feeney.
