Has Brussels forgotten we liberated them?
Because now, what we do, they firmly condemn.
Changing our lives, and changing our laws,
And we're all gripped tightly in their jaws.
We can't do this and we can't do that,
We're all being dictated to.
What did our forefathers die for,
But to bring freedom to me and you?
Judges sit there in their sullen black caps,
So arrogant, righteous and rude.
How dare they try and dominate us,
And tell us what to do with our food?
Can't somebody make Britain as it was,
And try to make Brussels redundant?
Then we can get back to the country we were;
Proud and great and abundant. E A Lilley
