BOLTON Wanderers fans will have the chance to park their car safely and raise money for charity with a new scheme starting before the game against Tranmere Rovers at Burnden Park on Tuesday.
People are invited to park their cars on the MFI car park on Manchester Road for £2.
As an additional incentive, the car park will be locked and manned during the evening.
The scheme is being operated by MFI staff member Alan O'Brien, fund raiser for Under 14 team AFC Bolton.
AFC Bolton will benefit from the money raised but most of it will go to recognised charities including the National Children's Home.
Alan says the car park will be available for midweek home matches only and that all vehicles are left at the owners' own risk.
