SIR: Your report (BEN, October 2), concerning the acting Deputy of this rest home, came as a big surprise to me as a resident here.
I am sure that I and all other residents will continue to enjoy the excellent care and treatment that we are receiving here.
This unfortunate incident is in wide contrast to the general happy atmosphere we enjoy - that I personally found missing at another home that I left, especially to come here. And this letter is entirely spontaneous.
