AN uninvited guest has ruffled a few feathers in Dorothy Horrocks' household.
The peacock is strutting around the back garden of her home in Craven Place, Monserrat, Bolton.
Mrs Horrocks, said: "It has appeared from nowhere. I telephoned the parks people and the RSPCA and no-one knows where it has come from, or what I should do with it.
"I have no idea how to treat it, what to feed it on, or where I should take it. I also have a dog which can't be allowed out in the garden.
"It seems very tame, and must belong to somebody. In fact, it is probably worth quite a bit of money. It is a terrible shame."
