Horwich Castings has been commended in this year's Norweb Business Energy Awards.
The Awards recognise companies and organisations which use electricity to improve business performance and productivity, benefit the environment and make savings through the more efficient use of energy.
The regional results were announced at the De Vere Hotel in Blackpool.
Horwich Castings was commended in the category for more than 150 employees which was won by Carnaud Metalbox BEVCAN plc in Carlisle.
