DELEGATES will learn how to avoid stress and maximise their leisure time when the British Junior Chamber holds its North-west regional conference in Bolton on Saturday.
The day's training, which costs £26, is being hosted by Bolton Junior Chamber at the Bolton Moat House.
Dave Guest, education correspondent for the BBC in the North-west, will be the main speaker.
Delegates will have a choice of training sessions around the conference theme of "Working for Leisure."
Time Management will be run by Dale Carnegie and Stress Management by the Parr Group.
Other attractions include aromatherapy, the Alexander Technique, Tai Chi and an introduction to the internet courtesy of the Bolton Evening News.
