Her pigtail waving merrily as she goes,
How she stays so nice - heaven knows.
In a job that must get her down,
Always a smile - never a frown.
A lovely little lady,
Who inspired these words,
And I bet - the birds
To sing her praises,
And the daises and other flowers.
To look up and admire her,
For doing this work that must tire her.
At times - and with her children,
To love and care for.
I hope there's someone there for,
Helen, too - why not me and you?
