Wanderers' President Nat Lofthouse was sitting near Mr Harding thoughout the match. He told the BEN this afternoon: "This is terrible news. You forget the game when things like this happen. It's something you never think can happen. "I was on the same row as Matthew last night. When Chelsea scored their early goal he was up on his feet celebrating like a true fan. Chelsea have lost a great supporter and an enthusiastic director." He added: "On behalf of Bolton Wanderers officials, directors and players I would like to offer our sincere condolancies."
