LINCOLN CITY YOUTH 0
Wanderers YOUTH 0
WANDERERS Youth side will have to face a replay of their FA Youth Cup second qualifying round tie after drawing 0-0 at Sincil Bank last night.
Although Bolton made most of the advances, City posed problems with their route one football to leave the draw a fair result.
Chances were few during the first half with Wanderers' best efforts coming from Kevin Truman.
The game opened up after the break and from a right-sided cross by Noel Corrigan, centre half Dean Holden forced the home keeper into his first serious save of the evening.
The home side's best efforts came from headers, but Wanderers keeper Phil McGing was never really tested.
Dean Crombie's boys went closest to breaking the deadlock late on with shots which flew narrowly wide from Corrigan and Gareth Feeney.
The replay takes place at Burnden next Monday and the winners face a home first round tie against Derby County.
Wanderers youth: McGing, Haley, Pryers, Hallat, MacLeod, Holden, Corrigan, Doherty, Potter, Truman (Xiourouppa), Fenney.
