STAFF have come top of the class for extra-curricular activities at Bolton College.
And a fitting tribute will be made in a special award ceremony.
Director of Bolton College, Mike Percy, will give out 96 awards on Wednesday night, with a special spotlight on 25 dedicated people.
The group, comprising lecturers and support staff, were chosen from over 60 nominees to receive commendations for exceptional service.
Mike Percy said: "The awards are seen as recognition by fellow members of staff of levels of achievement over and above the norm."
Staff receiving commendations are: Denise Stewart, Anne Killen, Rosalind Leach, Joan Alders, Patricia Broadbent, Phil Davies, Julie Carson, Janet Eckersley, Carol McLoone, Hilary Marston, Ann Walkden, Jean Webster, Denise Lomas, Steve Longworth, Ryan Bullows, Kevin Miller, Wayne Styles, Beryl Haury, Mari Leather, Tony Lloyd, Peter Noble, Sheila Summerscales, Anne Platt, Michael McCreedy and Barry Leach.
