The Horwich group holds the event annually to show older pupils, teachers and parents the practical training options which are available.
Marketing manager Julie Connolly said: "We were particularly pleased to see so many schools attending and showing a genuine interest in the opportunities we provide."
She said the major topic on the training agenda this year is the national Modern Apprenticeship programme.
