ATHERTON LR entertain Radcliffe Boro tonight in the big Unibond Division One derby clash.
The Boro come into the game second in the table but having slipped ten points behind leaders Lincoln United after Saturday's 2-1 home defeat by Unibond October Team of the Month Whitley Bay.
Manager Kevin Glendon has a full squad to select from but could spring a few surprises with the final 11 permed out of a squad of 18.
"We are not finishing off enough of the chances we create," he said.
"I will be on the lookout for a striker but it's up to the lads to prove to me that I don't need to bring in anyone new."
LR had an excellent result on Saturday with a 2-0 away win at Farsley Celtic. Midfielder Mattie Brookes has now served his three-match suspension and returns for tonight's game.
Also back and looking for a place in the LR starting line-up against his old club is centre back Dave Channon. The summer money signing has been on honeymoon and couldn't have wished for a better fixture to come back for.
