BURY will finally learn today how much they must pay for goalkeeper Dean Kiely.
The long-awaited transfer tribunal decision was expected this afternoon after two previous scheduled hearings were called off in chaotic circumstances.
Kiely joined the Shakers just days before the start of the season and has been in outstanding form as one of the high-flying club's ever-present performers.
York City want a massive £450,000 for the 25-year-old who the Shakers have offered £20,000 for.
York's officials walked out during the original hearing after complaining about the procedure of the tribunal and refused to attend the second hearing.
But it looked like it would be third time lucky today with York setting off this morning to attend the Manchester meeting.
Meanwhile, Kiely - who has been cleared of making alleged gestures to Bristol Rovers supporters last week - says the wait has not had any affect on his settling in period at Gigg Lane.
He said: "I have not lost any sleep about the tribunal problems.
"I have been a Bury player since I signed and all I have been concerned about is helping Bury win games.
"With the side being successful and I just been rolling along on auto pilot and enjoying every minute.
"There is the curiosity factor of wanting to know what value people put on you. Whatever fee is set is out of my control although it is in the interests of the club to know what they will have to pay. At least then they will know where they stand."
