AN armed robber escaped with £130 and boxes of cigarettes after threatening a cashier at a petrol station.
The man burst into the Whitefield Service Station on Bury New Road at 8pm last night and threatened the woman with a handgun.
He was white, aged about 25, medium build, wearing a brown leather bomber jacket, jeans and a grey bob hat.
