SIR: The Health Secretary Stephen Dorrell has announced that he will give North West Hospitals £5.5m.
This of course is an election ploy so people will vote Tory as everything they do before the General Election they will undo if they get in again.
The Tory Party couldn't care less about people, only their greedy selves.
Don't fall for it. Yes the money is needed, but ask yourselves why are they doing all this before a General Election. Don't vote Tory.
