Remember the soldiers

Of long ago.

Marching off to war

What did they lose

Their lives for?

To give us peace

And better living.

Hoping that we'd

Learn to be forgiving.

We must remember them

And what they did.

For their fellowmen

Instead of fighting

And killing each other.

Remember the war

And all those men.

Who lost their lives

To let us live in
