BOLTON County are bang on course for the Bolton Boys' Federation Under 16's title after two emphatic wins.
They hammered second-placed Deane Youth 9-2 with goals from Ryan Cain (5) and one each for Conroy, Kay, Hallows and McDonald.
County followed it up by a great 7-1 away win at Bromley Cross. There was a hat-trick for P Hallows with other goals coming from Conroy, Booth, McDonald and Connah.
County are now four points clear at the top of the table.
In the same section Deane Youth went down 3-2 against Walshaw Sports. Kelly and Dickinson scoring for Deane Youth.
Pennington won away 2-1 against Rossendale. Goals from Danny Coulton and Barry Gibbons gave Pennington the points.
Bolton won a place in the Under 18s Manchester County Cup final with a 1-0 win against Curzon Ashton. Leon Smith scored the crucial goal.
In the Under 15s Section B, Fife Rangers gained top spot by winning away at Breightmet United 6-1. Fife's goals were scored by David Spence (2), Stephen Cowell (2) and Adam Barnet (2).
Westhoughton Rangers B won a close game against Horwich St Marys 4-3.
AFC Bolton A had a good home win against Oxford Grove 4-2. There was a brace from Hoult and a goal each from Smith and Lloyd. Consolation goals for Oxford Grove came from Smith and Dagger.
In the Under 15s Jubilee Cup semi-final Bolton Lads Club gain a place in the final by winning 3-1 at home to Leigh RMI.
In the Under 14s Jubilee Cup semi-final AFC Bolton won 4-1 against Waterfoot with goals from O'Brian (2), Banks and Alan Waterfoot. A consolation came from Hooper.
Meanwhile, in the Under 14s League, Deane Youth Club won in fine style 8-1 against Westhoughton Rangers and Hindley Juniors gained a good home victory winning 4-1 against Bromley Cross. Scott Parr scored a hat-trick and there was another from P Anderton. The Bromley Cross consolation goal was scored by J Cunliff.
In the Under 12s Junior Section, AFC Bolton had a fine 9-0 midweek victory against Westhoughton Rangers. G Cunniff scored all nine of his sides goals and they followed it up with a 6-3 win against Freestyle Rovers. The goals came from G Cunniff (3) and N Smith (3).
Astley Bridge won 5-0 away at Bromley Cross with two goals each from Carney and McClusky. Guest added the other.
Farnworth Boys won 7-1 at home to Hindley Juniors with two goals apiece from Carr and Brooks and one goal each from Jones, Paulvino and McClerg. Also winning in this section were Ladybridge who beat Westhoughton Rangers 8-1. Rangers consolation goal was scored by Blair.
In the Cubs Section, AFC Bolton A kept up their good form away at Bolton Lads Club A by running out winners 6-2. M Walsh and C Merrit grabbed two goals each with P Boardman and L Hanson finishing things off. Bolton Lads Club's consolation goal came from C Brewer and L Killeen.
Westhoughton Rangers also won 4-1 away at Hindley Juniors, Reynard, Martland, Wadeson and Moss scoring Rangers goals.
The Under 11s final is to be played on Sunday at Eagley Sports, 2pm kick-off: AFC Bolton v Westhoughton Rangers.
