SIR: My first comment relates to fly posting on empty property. As these posters refer mostly to local events, it would be easy to fine the people with their names on the poster.
And I wonder if the damage done to the Town Hall is as bad as ever with the droppings from pigeons and starlings. I think that these birds would soon clear off if a loud recording of hawks was played on the speakers, as hawks have a diet of pigeons and other birds. Hopefully the birds would get the message that danger was at hand and go off to a safer place.
I would also like to comment on the prostitution situation. I doubt in a million years, this will be sorted out. It will indeed be a very clever person who solves it.
