A BOLTON nurse has lent her support to a charity which gives vital help to people with spinal injuries.
Community nurse Chris Woodbridge helps Back-Up, which gives people with spinal injuries the chance to take part in a wide variety of activities.
Sailing, skiing, water skiing and parachuting are undertaken by the charity and Chris, of St John Boste Court, Bolton, regularly gives up her spare time to help patients achieve their goals and aims.
Support for Chris and the charity is already starting to make its presence felt.
On a recent skiing holiday, in which she accompanied group of disabled sports fanatics to Switzerland, Chris used equipment loaned to her by Rivington Ski Services.
