AFC Bolton under 11s A team completed a league and cup double winning away 9-0 at Farnworth Boys.

That game also brought a double dose of hat-tricks as Chris Merritt and Tom Aspinall bagged three each with further strikes from Lee Hanson, Lee Stansfield and Danny Fallows.

That followed last week's 2-0 win in the Jubilee Cup final against Westhoughton Rangers to make it a fantastic debut season for the side in the Bolton Boys' Federation.

The top two sides both won again in the under 12s section. Bolton Lads Club won away at Ladybridge Boys 9-0 with a hat-trickrick for Neil Grimshawwith further goals from Whaley (2) Taylor (2) Pike and Collier. Second placed AFC Bolton also won 9-0 away at St Elizabeth's with four goals apiece from Cunniff and Cankalis, plus a goal for Devine.

A close fought under 14s Jubilee Cup final final was played at Eagley between AFC Bolton and Bolton Lads Club with defences on top. The game finished 1-0 to AFC Bolton with Arron Collier the goal hero.

AFC Bolton also had a fine midweek result when they won 7-2 at home against Bromley Cross with a hat-trick this time from Collier, James Stubbs (2) Paul Banks and an own goal.

In the under 15s Section A, Leigh RMI won 5-1 away at Radcliffe Boro with goals from C Dawber(2) R Hodkinson, S Blockley and Kia Beazley.

Bolton County seem to be heading for the under 16s Youth section title after winning in midweek 3-1 at home against Pennington with goals from Guy Hampson (2) and Paul Hallows. They followed it up with a close 3-2 home victory against Walshaw Sports with goals from Masingiri, Kay and Cain.

Close on their heels are Dean Sports who won a cracker of a game away at Bolton Lads Club 4-3 thanks to a hat-trick from Scott Marshall with Lads' Club's consolation goals coming from Tim Barron, Richard Ogden and an own goal.

In the under 18s Section B, the shock result of the day was at Horwich Town where the home side came back from 1-0 down to win 2-1 against Dobbies, who were looking to try to get a runners-up spot in the table.

In the same section champions Blackmoor HF continued their run when they won 4-2 away at AFC Bolton with goals from Andy Morris (2), Leon Smith and James Freeborn.

Also Bromley Cross had an emphatic 8-1 home victory against luckless Tottington United with goals from Paul Davies (2), Michael Coppard (2, Paul Gallagher (2,) Chris Armstrong and Matthew Legg.
