A TEENAGE girl was attacked in the street after refusing to hand over money.
The 16-year-old was in Market Street, Bolton, with a friend, when they were stopped by two women demanding money.
When the girl refused she was hit and punched until she handed over the money.
The girl was left bruised and shocked and suffered a sprained right wrist.
A reward under the Greater Manchester Police Crimestoppers fund is now being offered for information leading to the arrest of the two demale thugs.
The incident happened at around 3pm last Saturday.
Detectives are looking for two white women. One is described as of scruffy appearance, about 16 years-old, 5ft 5ins tall, slim build with dyed blonde hair pulled up on top of her head. She was wearing a white top and "Adidas" trousers.
The second woman is described as having dark hair and wearing dark clothing.
