BOLTON is bottom of the pile according to House of Commons secretaries.
For a typing error led to Bolton West MP Ruth Kelly being branded the member for "Bottom West."
The mistake appeared on official Order Papers listing written questions submitted by MPs.
Former economics expert Ms Kelly submitted a serious question to the Chancellor of the Exchequer regarding the work of the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee.
But this was ignored and it was the slip up on her title which caused raised eyebrows among MPs and caught the media attention.
