SIR: Where does the buck stop? Regarding toilets, I beg your pardon, they are more like slopstones, I have complained to GMPTA about the aforementioned on Moor Lane bus station. All poll tax payers pay for the upkeep, and to me it is the responsibility of GMPTA.
I wrote them a letter and received one back saying it was the local council's responsibility. I had a word with a local councillor, who said it was GMPA's responsibility. This is what is known as passing the buck. Whoever's responsibility it is, those toilets should be in a fit state to use from the first bus till the last one leaves at night.
