SECURITY firm "Gotcha!" aims to give Bolton householders James Bond technology to catch thugs and thieves threatening their property.
The new company, based on Blackburn Road, Bolton, has launched a range of mini "spy" cameras which can be trained on homes, garages and gardens.
The cameras are so small and discreet that they could have been created by Bond boffin "M."
The brains behind the firm is Terry Hunt, 30, who saw a gap in the security market after he tried to buy a domestic closed circuit television system for his home in Ainsworth.
The businessman, who owns mobile phone firm "Terryphones" said: "When my car was vandalised at home, I was furious that it had happened on my doorstep.
"I decided I needed the best protection and most up-to-date security system to avoid any further attacks on my personal property.
"I have CCTV at work and realised this was my last option. But it took me 40 phone calls to find one company which would set up my home with CCTV security.
"That's why I thought of 'Gotcha!' It shouldn't be so difficult to have all the day peace of mind that has made CCTV the number one crime deterrent in industry."
It has taken Terry four months to get his company off the ground.
He said: "There is a potential domestic market worth £5 billion.
"We're using British made equipment and we can offer a wide range of systems."
They include electronic eyes that can be controlled from the comfort of an armchair.
He said: "Instead of trying to guess who is at the door, the latest technology now enables you to see on your own TV who is knocking."
