DOMESTIC violence was today highlighted at a special seminar at Bolton Town Hall.
Sponsored by Safer Cities and Bolton Council, the day also marked the launch of a Directory of Services for Women, for managers and staff in statutory and voluntary organisations.
Cllr Prentice Howarth, chairman of the crime and drugs working party and member of the Safer Cities initiative, said the launch of the directory gave a co-ordinated approach to stopping domestic violence.
"By bringing everybody together we can all work with each other to counter this problem," she said.
