SIR: This is my answer to "Where have stones gone?" (BEN June 18). I have enclosed a photograph showing my mum's stone from Overdale in my garden after 25 years. I asked what would happen to it. I could have paid £100 four years ago. I asked the helpful member at Overdale what happened to it, she just said: "would you like to take it. I said, Yes.
They parcelled the stone for me and here it has been here for four years. No charge,
