MIXU Paatelainen and David Lee could be following Scott Green on their way out from Wanderers.
The Finland international and the flying winger have rejected new contracts immediately prompting transfer interest.
Burnley are keen on Paatelainen while Fulham, newly-promoted to the Second Division, are understood to be interested in Lee.
Green was the first of the three out-of-contract players to be snapped up when he joined ambitious Wigan Athletic in a £300,000 deal at the weekend after rejecting a proposed move to Tranmere Rovers.
And there should be no shortage of takers now that Paatelainen and Lee have rejected the terms on offer from Wanderers.
Both have made significant contributions to the Burnden cause in recent years but their appearances were limited last season.
Lee, signed in a £350,000 deal from Southampton in January 1993 after a successful loan spell, has made more than 150 league appearances in five seasons with Wanderers. Paatelainen, a hero of the 1995 Play-off Final, has played in 69 league games in three years since being signed from Aberdeen in a similar priced deal.
Meanwhile, Colin Todd has dismissed speculation that he is interested in Blackburn Rovers striker Chris Sutton.
Wanderers, Bury, Wigan Athletic and Manchester United - who swept the board in the Championship honours last season - received special trophies marking their achievements at the Lancashire FA's annual meeting at Southport at the weekend.
