A SCHOOLBOY prank terrified staff in a Bolton town centre card shop.
Three women locked themselves in a back room after being confronted by a young boy brandishing a toy gun.
The boy, who may be as young as 12, walked into several shops in St Andrew's Court brandishing a realistic looking cap gun.
He terrified three women in the premises of Zebra Cards when he ran into the shop shortly before 3.30pm yesterday.
The sales assistants locked themselves in a rear room when they spotted the gun.
Security staff throughout Bolton town centre were alerted. Police are investigating.
