THERE are still chances for young football teams to enter the Bolton Boys Fed next season. The League is now the largest in the North West of England with an incredible 114 teams set to compete for every age group from Under 11s to Under 18s.
League Chairman Mike Coleman explains: "We have had so many applicants wanting to join the league next season that we have decided to create two divisions at nearly all levels. This will open up more vacancies across the board for junior clubs in the region to enter this season's competition.
"This year we celebrate our Jubilee Anniversary and it is a credit to everyone involved that the Federation is still going from strength to strength in providing quality football competition for the youth of Bolton and surrounding areas."
