SIR: When I was at the Reebok recently, I noticed the remarkable bridge that was near enough complete. This a very good idea as it serves those who wish to use the rail service to get to the retail park. But I also noticed that the new bridge did not have any access for disabled users. The bridge boast two sets of steps on the intended train station side but no ramp.
So disabled users in wheelchairs who decide to use the rail service to the retail park at Horwich will have difficulty trying to get across the already busy road.
