AFTER famous British military actions carrying such names as Battleaxe and Broadsword, would Operation Bolton really have been such a misguided title for a possible military attack on Saddam Hussein's evil regime in Iraq? Many townsfolk recall only too well what happens when dictators are allowed to dominate the scene. And the Baghdad issue will not be any different, whatever name is used to resolve the problem.
