BURY are on a winner with Tony Rigby's return to form, according to team-mate Paul Butler.
Revatalised Rigby is yet to be on the losing side since earning his first run in the side for two years.
And the addition of defensive duties to his exciting array of attacking talents are convincing the Shakers that Rigby could be back on course to realise his potential.
"He has knuckled down and long may it continue because we are not losing with him in the team," said Butler, who begins a two-match suspension at Nottingham Forest on Saturday when Rigby will make his sixth straight start.
"Everybody knows he's a good player. You can't take his talent away from him but there is the other side of the game, the tracking back, which he is doing now."
Manager Stan Ternent, who christened Rigby a "circus act" because of his variety of dazzling skills, added: "Tony's doing very well but there are still one or two little things he has got to eradicate from his game and then he will be a very good player."
