PER Frandsen will get the chance to cement his position as a key figure in Denmark's World Cup plans when he plays in next week's friendly international against Scotland in Glasgow.
The Wanderers ace, rated as one of the Premiership's most consistent performers, was confirmed in the squad yesterday with national boss Bo Johanson hinting he will partner Spurs' star Allan Nielsen in centre midfield.
Jussi Jaaskelainen, the third-string keeper at the Reebok, has been named in the Finland squad for next Wednesday's friendly against Malta.
