THREE thugs attacked Indian restaurant staff with an iron bar and a wooden pole before stealing cash from the till.
The two men and a woman went into the Curry House on Cleggs Lane, Little Hulton, posing as customers.
But then they pulled out the weapons and assaulted staff and stole £650 from the till. They also started to smash up the premises before they ran off.
Both men were white and 5ft 5ins tall, aged about 25 and medium build. One had short fair hair and a high prominent forehead. He was wearing a white jumper and carrying a metal bar.
The second had blond hair, wore a white jacket and cream shirt and carried a piece of wood.
The woman was white with brown hair cut in a bob style, wearing a white denim mini-skirt and short jacket.
Anyone with information about the attack early on Saturday morning should call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
