ALLEN Design & Build, a subsidiary of Blackrod-based Allen Plc, has completed a £3.3 million contract in Leigh.
It has built a new factory and offices in Greenfold Way for electrical cable assembly company Volex Powercords - within the eight-month contract period.
Mr Jeff Sawyer, managing director of Allen Design & Build, handed over the new premises to Tony Pegg, Volex Powercords' financial director and project manager.
Phase One, which was handed over in October, comprised 60,000 sq ft of production and warehousing space.
The second phase enabled a production facility to be relocated and provides Volex with new divisional offices.
A major footpath and a sewer network were diverted before the project began in May.
