A Alice has lovely curly hair,
B Bessie chops hers off and doesn't care.
C Clare has a pony tail,
D Doris always looks as if she has been out in a gale.
E Edna just prefers a plait,
F Flora says "you can't beat that."
G Gertie's hair looks as if it's been cut with a knife and fork,
H Hilda's rubbed with a piece of fatty pork.
I Irene her hair is jet black,
J Jean's hair is always combed right back.
K Kathy's style is one in a million,
L Lillian covers her with a helmet to ride pillion.
M May has a bun,
N Nora too, and says it's easily done.
O Olive does not really care,
P Polly chooses colour and steaks her hair.
Q Queenie's is piled high and needs to be seen,
R Rosie is waiting for a perm and will glad when she has been.
S Sally has gone bald because of a germ,
T Tessa says she likes a fringe,
U Una has a trim and singe.
V Vera is always very tidy and right,
W Winnie has shampoo and set every Friday night,
XYZ Nothing more to write,
