TIME Computer Systems is opening a new showroom on the Middlebrook development at Horwich, creating eight local jobs.
Time Systems, the largest UK direct PC company, will open the showroom on today as part of its continuing expansion into Northern England.
The 2200 sq ft shop will incorporate a large business centre displaying the latest technology and a 'Time for Kids' area with two multimedia computers loaded with educational and entertainment software. The Bolton showroom is the 43rd in Time Computers portfolio and the eight jobs created will add to the 230 already created nationally by Time.
Developments are under way for April openings in Middlesbrough, Plymouth and Manchester.
Colin Silcock, sales director for Time Computers, said: "We believe that providing high street service and peace of mind at direct from the manufacturer prices will benefit businesses, families and individuals alike in the Bolton area."
