THE huge Lottery cash boost secured by the Willows Resident and Community Board is well deserved.

A community project was started after the shooting of schoolboy Dillon Hull. People were determined to create a better and safer environment in which children can develop. As Community Board chairman Marilyn Guider says, it just goes to show what ordinary people can do if they get together.
