SIR: I refer to the article: No problem for wonder mum, Sarah, (BEN March 9) about Sarah Gradwell, the energetic mum-of-three, a successful business woman, who manages to enjoy an energetic social life.
She runs a company alongside her husband, so, problems at home and she doesn't have to go in; relatives and childminder have the kids; the cleaner does the housework for when she gets home and there is no ironing to do after a hard day at the office. Now, what does she do? She goes to work. I'm not on my own in saying - "What an easy life!"
Try fitting your job around school time, half term time, husband's jobs, cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing and three kids.
Yes, Sarah plays badminton and rounders matches evenings and week-ends. Yes, I should think so - her energy isn't used up on kids, cleaning and ironing.
Going to work is easy and if Sarah is a "wonder mum", then I must be the "Bionic Woman"!
Energetic mum-of-three.
