A BOLTON family are jumping for joy after fertility treatment made their dreams come true for the second time.
Delighted Sharples mum Tracy Lowe gave birth to daughter Bethany May after successful IVF treatment.
And Tracy's decision to try to conceive through the treatment programme came from her big sister's battle to become a mother.
The BEN reported three years ago how Beverley Wiggans finally gave birth to daughter Emma through the private GIFT treatment after a long struggle.
Tracy, aged 34, shared her sister's delight, but still carried private thoughts of her own desperate wish to become a mother.
She said: "When everything finally worked for Beverley and Brian we were all delighted.
"And it gave me and Tony the inspiration to go ahead. Luckily for us I conceived at the first attempt. I was over the moon.
"Now Bethany is here it really is a dream come true."
Bethany was born on April 23 after Tracy underwent a private programme of IVF at Hope Hospital.
Leading the queue of well-wishers when Bethany arrived at the family home in Pitcombe Close was her auntie Beverley and cousin Emma.
Now Tracy is hoping other childless couples will gain inspiration from their story.
She said: "We've been so lucky but it shows there is hope for everyone. All the staff at Hope have been absolutely wonderful."
