DAISY Hill reached the final of the Bolton Hospital Cup and a date with Tempest United after a dramatic penalty shoot-out in last night's semi-final.
AFC Bolton Walkers, who had knocked out another NWCL side Ramsbottom United in the previous round, looked as if they might repeat the shock as they stunned Daisy with an early goal from Lewis.
In the final quarter Daisy Hill put their game together and although the AFC Bolton keeper Mark Allen made a number of outstanding saves he was powerless to stop the equaliser from Phil Hill.
After two goalless extra time periods Daisy Hill won on sudden death penalties. The final is at Eagley on Friday kick-off 6.45.
