A BINGO playing Bolton gran has won the chance to see the ultimate footballing full house!
For soccer-mad Edith Gudgeon's name was picked from thousands of others in a bingo hall draw, winning her VIP tickets for the World Cup Final.
And the avid Wanderers' fan says her dream win has helped sweeten the bitter pill of relegation.
A stunned Edith, aged 62, won the tickets at the Mecca in Ashburner Street, Bolton. Edith, of Church Avenue, Daubhill, said: "I couldn't believe it. I knew I'd won through to the National draw but I never expected to get the tickets.
"It's been a godsend because our house has been in mourning since Sunday." Edith will be she'll be taking her husband Maurice, 62, with her. "I don't care who we see in the final but if it was England it would just put the icing on the cake."
