PUB grub is on the up with more and more people enjoying a meal at their local.
And it's not just regular punters at Chorley's pubs that take time out for a relaxing feed - the country's top politicians are at it, too.
The Parliamentary Beer Club at the House of Commons has launched an awards scheme for the best pub meals.
The Celebration of Pub Food 1998 has been set up to recognise the best facilities and food.
Now the Citizen has teamed up with Chorley's MP Lindsay Hoyle to reward those local pubs which have the best reputation as eating places.
Winning pubs will be awarded a certificate from the Brewers and Licensed Retailers Association by Mr Hoyle and Chorley Citizen editor Belinda Jenkins.
And, as a special bonus, everyone who writes to us will be entered into a special draw for a free meal at the pub of their choice.
We want you to write into the Citizen nominating your favourite pub, telling us why you think it should win an award for its food.
Mr Hoyle said: "This is a chance for Chorley constituents to reward their favourite pubs for the quality of their food.
"Hopefully readers will write into the Citizen to nominate good food and we can present the pubs with a certificate."
Nominated pubs must be in Chorley Borough. Send your entries to: Pub Grub, Citizen News Desk, 45-47 Pall Mall, Chorley, Lancs, PR7 3LT.
