WIGAN'S dynamic little Aussie, Rob McCormack, says there will be no old pals act when he comes up against his former coach Graham Murray at Headingley tomorrow.

The Warriors hooker, was skipper of Hunter Mariners last season and, guided by Murray, the club reached the final of the World Club Championship.

The Mariners, now defunct, were victims of the peace deal Down Under, but the Aussie duo are playing key roles in Super League. McCormack at 30, is on a one year deal at Central Park, and loving every minute of it. His non-stop performances have quickly turned him into a Wigan favourite.

Murray is in charge of Yorkshire giants Leeds Rhinos, a side he has quickly converted into a fighting force, which along with Wigan, are the only teams with an unbeaten record.

McCormack says the Warriors' revenge win over Sheffield Eagles last week, put the Wembley defeat behind them: "We made amends, but we have to perform like that each week from now on.

"Leeds are a fine side, and will pose a good challenge to us, but we have to be better. It will be interesting going up against my old coach, and a couple of my mates Brad Godden and Marc Glanville, and it will be nice to be on the winning side."
