SIR: I invite my fellow councillors and their families, all local voluntary and uniformed organisations and residents of Horwich to join me in a Civic Sunday Parade and Service on May 24.
The Parade will assemble in front of the Horwich Resource Centre, Beaumont Road, for 10.30am and proceed to St Mary's R C Church for a Civic Mass commencing at 11am.
